Amanda Booth
Founder/ Director

Amanda created spice & soul out of her passion for brands and a natural flair for marketing and PR. She has occupied senior Marketing positions in some of the most exciting brands in Australia, including Cadbury, Carlton United Breweries, adidas, Jay Jays, Dotti, Aveda and Ansett Australia.

The business was founded on her belief that PR is a crucial part of any marketing mix, however their did not seem to be any PR agencies guaranteeing their results.  SSMPR have set KPI's with all clients from the start and delivering results has always been the key proposition for the agency.

Amanda is also a published author and was seen and heard on Sunrise, Kerrie Ann, Fox, Nova, various magazines and papers nationally.  Her book was sold in the Netherlands and South Africa.  Amanda has a true passion for brands and people.

Mary Morton

Mary has over 20 years experience in senior and executive marketing roles. As an exceptionally qualified brand marketing strategist, she has worked with some of Australia’s leading companies and brands including the Melbourne Racing Club, the Australian Grand Prix Corporation, the Royal Melbourne Show, Qantas, The Age, BMW, David Jones, National Australia Bank, Cadbury Schweppes, Australia Post, National Foods, Fosters, Coca Cola and the AFL amongst others.

A former lawyer, Mary also specialises in reputation management, issues management and internal communications for clients across a range of industries.

Jessica Head

General Manager Melbourne

A qualified Marketer, Jessica’s agency experience has seen her manage some of Australia’s leading sport, fashion and lifestyle brands across PR, event and marketing strategy requirements.

Today, Jessica is responsible for driving the Melbourne team. With strong communication skills, Jess forms close relationships with clients and immerses herself in the overall Marketing strategy to ensure her team can best leverage PR results in line with business objectives.

To name just a few, Jess has lead successful PR campaigns for Russell Athletic, Brooks, Open Door Pub Company, Volley and has worked on events such as the Sherrin Factory Launch, Icebreaker Retail Store Launch, Australian Grand Prix F1 Rocks After Party, World’s Largest Dumpling Festival and Melbourne’s favourite French festival – Paris to Provence.
